I was a drawing fool today. Hadn't worked on Zooey since I posted Part 2. Her face isn't as yellow as it comes out in this photo.
The hair is a lot easier to do than facial features. I usually work on the eyes, nose & mouth first to make sure I get them right. Don't know why I haven't this time.
The art is amazing... The eyes look like a photograph... you never cease to amaze me.

I love to see unfinished peices like this, it lets me see how other people work. For instance in my training I would be eatten alive for coloring in sections. BUT it works beautifully for you, and I love the detail.

Thanx very much! I'll keep posting like this I think. I like to see it in stages too.

Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
